What are you eating for lunch today? To help you answer that question, we gathered together a list of all the food venues offering business lunches in our area (Asian, home-made, European, creative, or American cuisines). So now you can make sure to get a tasty and diverse lunch. Bon appetit!

1) Pan-Asian cafe “Umao”: Konnogvardeyskiy, 11
Hours: 12:00-16:00
Price: 230-290 Roubles
This busy caf? with non-Asian interiors opened one year ago and won Timeout magazine’s prize “Menu and bill, 2013” in the category “Asian cuisine”. The chain’s menu includes Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai dishes. There are 23 seating spots, so we recommend that you book a table in advance. But if you don’t manage to get in, remember that you can order all of the dishes and drinks to go.

2) Restaurant-bar “Mayakovskiy”: Pochtamtskiy Pereulok, 5
Hours: 12:00-16:00
Price: 350 Roubles
Mayakovskiy is located in the former home of Brera bar. It opened one year ago and remains a popular, high-price bar. The lunch menu is unpredictable: for example, in the day they offer salad with feta mousse; tomatoes and celery; or tomato soup with beef meatballs, and for the main: stewed beef with baked pepper and carrot, with root celery puree.

3) Lounge restaurant “Teplo”: Bolshaya Morskaya, 45
Hours: 13:00-16:00
Price: 200-320 Roubles
“Lunch is prepared according to family rules: what mum prepares, everyone eats – no excuses!” – this is how “Teplo” describes its menu. There is only one option for the soup and main, and the only choosing you can do is in terms of ordering salads and sides. Whether this is your cup of tea or not, the January lunches are a selection of home-made dishes that will make you forget all about the delights of choosing.

4) Caf? “CoffeeTerria”, Konnogvardeyskiy, 6
Hours: 12:00-15:00
Price: 280-330 Roubles
Classic European cuisine makes up the lunch menu of this caf?. Don’t forget that you can get a 10% discount card from the waiter, to be used upon your next visit.

5) Bistro “Dekabrist”: Yakubovych Street, 4
Hours: 12:00-16:00
Price: 280-320
The business lunch menu in Dekabrist changes daily – don’t let that put your off though as you can subscribe to daily email alerts to keep up-to-date. Then you just keep an eye on your email and you could find out that today tagliatelle Bolognese, beetroot salad with walnuts, and berry “Mors” is on the menu. But you can always count on being able to order the house burger from the permanent menu.
