New St. Isaac’s takes part in Germany Week for the second time

On 27 April, 2014, New St. Isaac’s – the former home of the Sarepta Society – hosted two interactive tours within the framework of Germany Week in St. Petersburg.

The tour of the “mustard house” was once again led by managing director, Irina Rudukhina, and, all in all, 40 people took part.

“Many thanks for the wonderful tour. I really liked that I had this opportunity look around both the inside and outside of the building, to walk the corridors, and to see the closed inner courtyard. The courtyard looks like a magical garden, which transports visits into the past. I’d also like to note the beautiful “Herrnh?ter” ladies costume worn by one of the tour leaders. It immerses you in the atmosphere of the German society and brings the Sarepta House to life. The children enjoyed the mustard tasting, as well as the chance to collect points by answering questions correctly.”
