New St.Isaac’s Office Centre receives special mention from the jury
The New St.Isaac’s Office Centre was a finalist in the category “Best A-Class Business Centre” at the St. Petersburg CRE Awards - the annual professional competition for commercial real estate.
The second round of voting at which our Business Centre was presented took place on June 28th, 2011 at the gathering of jury members in St. Petersburg.
The professionals applauded the unique concept of the project, based on the historical past of the builiding and also its social value. Archive drawings of the building from the XVIII-XIX Centuries met with a great deal of interest. The jury members addressed the competition organisers with the suggestion to designate a special prize of appreciation for careful regard of historical heritage. An appropriate certificate was passed on to the office-centre administranion in addition to the finalist diploma, which was presented on June 30th at the closing ceremony of the VI Summit of the Real Estate Market in Russia.
