Delovoy Peterburg: All offices are rented

Owners of the New St.Isaac’s Office Centre in cooperation with brokers have successfully rented out 100% of office space. This is great performance for the business centers of A class, as regularly 15-20% of such centers remain unoccupied.
Company Maris supported the leasing of the last unoccupied space to the Swedish head-hunting company-tenant HumanSearch, and prior has rented out a 306 meter “open space” office to TristarInvestment. The Office Centre is 100% occupied in spite of the market renting rate. Representatives of foreign companies compose 90% of the total number of tenants. According to the brokers, the business-centre attracts tenants with original historic interiors, location in the city centre, and furthermore, excellent technical characteristics.
