Centre insured for $11 million

The New St.Isaac's Office Centre has extended its contract with the First Insurance Company. The whole reconstructed complex of 3-5-storey buildings with a basement floor, in the classical 19th Century dwelling is covered by the insurance.

The insurance contract provides for compensation in the case of property damage as a result of insured accidents. The main risks covered are fire, lightning, gas explosion, natural disasters, utility system breakage, the displacement of external objects from the building, and illegal actions by third parties.

The total amount of insurance exceeds $11 million.
