Symbolic gift for the New Year

Very soon, Christmas and New Year will arrive, and you can certainly already feel them approaching…

In anticipation of the New Year, it is timely to remember the outgoing year which was packed with events important for the Office Center. This summer, New St.Isaac’s was nominated as a contender in the prestigious commercial real estate competition, the CRE "Awards St.Petersburg 2011". The nomination was in the category "Best Business Centre of A class" and the centre was awarded a "Special Notice of the Jury" diploma.

We carried out fundamental reconstruction and started landscaping work in our back yard. We are sure the green visage will enliven our residents with the arrival of spring.

We would like to make special mention of our web-site www.novo-isaak.ru which was launched this year and which, we hope, will always be useful for both our tenants and visitors.

We have presented our tenants and partners with a symbolic gift this year – a jar of mustard for their New Year’s table. The thing is, a long, long time ago, back in 1766, Catherine II presented our house as a gift to the Sarepta Society, which produced mustard and delivered it to the sovereign’s table. Due to the former mustard colour of the building, and recalling this profitable good produced by the Sarepta merchants, the building was called "the mustard house" for a long time.
